1. Digital Product Delivery

2. Live Session Delivery
This offer includes a one-time, 30-minute consulting session conducted via video or phone call. After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your session.

This session is not a full contract review. It is a focused advisory call designed to help you apply the ebook’s strategies to your most pressing vendor challenge.

3. Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of this offer — which includes a downloadable digital product and a reserved consulting session — all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

4. Rescheduling & No-Shows
You may reschedule your Debrief Call up to 24 hours in advance using the provided scheduling link. Missed or no-show appointments are not refundable and will not be rescheduled.
